When you were born, you were born “clean”, with a clear slate. But then people began “steering and molding” you. You were learned what was appropriate and what was not, what was “bad” and what was “good”, people taught you how to behave ! The conditionning had begun.

Then people began putting all kinds of “spells and curses” upon you : “You are a good for nothing type !”, “You can’t do that you dummy, people will laugh at you !”, “Why can’t you behave ?”

Even your girlfriend who says : “You’ll never find someone like me again, ever !”, without noticing it herself, is cursing you too !

Once this curse is placed in your unconscious mind, and repeated with time, it gets a life of its own : it turns into a belief that blocks you from further growth and you are completely unaware of its source !

Are you still wondering why on earth things are not working out for you ? Why your life is running on auto mode ? Well you became a good spell caster yourself : a black magician !

You believed all the stories from the past and you became fearful, you started stating all kind of untruthful things to yourself : “I am not this, I have not that, I should not do this,…” “Poor me !”

You looked for happiness outside of yourself or you tried to get it in acquiring all kinds of stuff. You searched for love in your partner, you searched for recognition at work,…

Are you judging others or are you constantly critizing people, putting names on things,…? Are you still feeling ashamed or guilty for what happened a long time ago ? Quit doing penance your whole life !

When you’re about to enter a club at night, you make sure you don’t do anything that pisses off the bouncer, don’t you ? And once you’re in, you behave, so you wouldn’t be thrown out immediately. Right ?

Are you in or out of your club of creation ? Who is staying in your head uninvited ? Who is running around making a lot of turmoil ? Who’s spoiling all the fun ? What is turning the positive vibe in a creepy atmosphere ? What triggers you for a fight ?

Take a break ! Stop ! You need to create a guard, a watchman at the gate, some kind of governor who can take over the command when there is riot in your head. Someone who can restore the balance and act from a higher place.

As the creator of your life you have the power to decide who or what you give entrance to in your life…You decide : You are the bouncer !

You are strong and able to protect yourself. You can say no to the hooligans from your past ! You can skip the dance with the demons in your mind ! You can stop flirting with the devil and bounce all these nasty bitches off !

Let the kind thoughts enter, the loving ones that give you a warm fuzzy feeling. Invite the joyful thoughts in and dance with them all night !

Be there with the strong ones, the courageous and adventurous ones, who gave up judgements and trials long ago, who don’t have to hide or prove anything to anyone !

Remember you are the bouncer : you can get bounced off or you can bounce back. Be a balanced bouncer : set bounderies for yourself and choose wisely !

Up in smoke !

Life is colorless for a lot of people. Black. Dark. Clouded at day and clouded at night. Demons suck them dry. Dark thoughts are constantly passing by…

It isn’t always easy to spot those people or to see through their fake smile. The darkness can hide very well and is not easily caught with the eyes…

Fighting darkness is fighting against a jail we created ourselves, a jail without doors. We keep the jail alive by projecting dark thoughts on it.

It is a never ending battle. When we are in struggle mode we condemn and complain. We blame and judge ourselves and others. We are reactive and opposing so resentment, anger and despair is all that follows.

The flame fades inside, our core goes up in smoke once we have taken on the devil’s token. We completely forgot how to recharge ourselves so we burn up, we burn out…Then there’s complete meltdown !

When we continue to put energy in darkness, we stay hypnotised and triggered by the force of the jail.

If we would stop our negative thinking the walls would crumble down. The idea of being in prison would completely disappear. The moment we give up the struggle we are completely free of it !

For the souleaters to leave we have to nourish ourselves with positivity again.

If we want to break free from enslavement, we have to let go of the idea of the jail. If we want to be free from disease, we have to let go of the thought of disease. If we want to be free from all the turbulence in our life,  we need to think peace….

We can create a fresh outlook for ourselves and discover real life ! We only need to accept our true power, our real sovereignty !

Love is more powerful than anything on earth. Nothing else can ever reinstall a person’s worth.

So step up Higher and be still and let all be perfected in Divine Will.

Cut it out bullies…

I don’t have to tell anyone the difference between a bully and a victim or an agressor and a defender. But what do bullies and their victims have in common?

They are both “unbalanced” and swing between anger and fear !

Some kids grow up in harsh environments, without any signs of affection or words of support and appreciation. Some have to confront a bully at home, some are victim of verbal or physical abuse.

These children often become fearful, resentful or agressive. Some become bullies themselves as a way to cope with their life and deal with the pain. “Someone has to pay !”

Some are in search of someone they can control, who are an easy target for their verbal assaults or physical attacks, children who show signs of weakness, looking “weird” or react fearful.

The victim’s life will get worse if the bully isn’t stopped. The victim’s fear becomes frustration, the frustration becomes anger and is eventually spitted out on parents, sisters, brothers,…It causes a serious vicious cycle, everything is loaded !

Mental strength and emotional resilience

Each time the bully shoots his arrows on you and you feel bad, he has found ground where his anger can settle and sprout ! Then you make it even worse with repetitive negative thoughts about yourself.

Knitted together they make a giant ball of frustration, difficult to untangle ! Ever had a chewing gum in your hair ? That kind of nasty thing ! You’ll have to come up with an ingenious solution if you do not want it to turn into a complete mess !

You are not freaking out this time ! Be an iceman : let them fire their fiery flames ! You will build a huge icewall to protect yourself. The flames will have vanished before they can hit you ! That cold icy layer and that cold freezing air around you makes you untouchable for these attacks. “Is that all they got ?” Brush yourself off !!

What is your current energy level ? How is your health ? Are you eating the right food ? Do you have any physical pain, where does it hurt ?  What is your overall body feeling

When emotions accumulate they cause stress and dis-ease in your body, they will make your body go weak.

Tips : Eat plenty of natural and fresh food. Don’t self-medicate !

Write down your repetitive thoughts about the situation, about yourself, about the bully. What kind of thoughts are you constantly chewing on ? Your thoughts will eighter be occupied by something in the past or something in the future !

Where’s your self-talk heading ? How do you describe yourself ? What are words or sentences you frequently use ?

Tips : Make your self-talk positive. Learn to visualize a good outcome. Focus on the positive. Be courageous ! Have a role play with friends or family to practise some good one-liners !

Emotions & feelings

Your habitual thoughts will cause you to imagine different kind of scenarios. A doom scenario in your head will usually result in a bad feeling. How often do you repeat previous attacks in your mind, each time experiencing the emotions again ? You can already feel fearful because of what tomorrow brings. Before you know you are in a vicious cycle with continious vicious results.

Tips : Focus your attention on things that feel good, let go of bad feelings instead of storing them in your body. Learn how to relax and do breathing exercices. Focus on heart feelings ! Anger issues : find some tips here : Throwing a tantrum ?

Is there something out of your control ? Something or someone in your surroundings that actually worsens the whole thing ?

Do you have supportive family or friends ? When yes, spit all your worries out !

Tips : Too sad, too lonely, too depressed ? Seek help ! Suicidal, someone threatens you ? Seek help !

What is your attitude and style around other people ? How’s your walk and talk ? Are you walking with your shoulders up or down ? Are you facing the ground or looking around ? Do you want to control people all the time or are you the one being controlled ? Are you shy or bossy ?  What kind of behavior of others triggers you ?

Tips : Practise your attitude in front of a mirror, look confident, stand straight ! Make eye contact when you talk to someone ! Tell your affirmations out loud in front of the mirror every day !

All these things are related, and you will find out that when you bring a positive change in one section another will soon follow. Use the tips and you will surely get positive results !

Groove is in the heart

In 1978 I got my first record player, I was 6 years old ! A cousin gave me a couple of albums he didn’t use anymore, my first collection was born ! A whole new world opened to me and I felt excited !

I loved putting my ears next to the speakers and feel the beat of the records vibrating through my whole body, bass to the max of course !

Yes kids, back then we could literally destroy an album and play it crazy, some to the extend that there were deep grooves in them and the needle could barely get over these ditches !

Can you barely get over an obstacle, are you unable to move forward in life, unable to solve your problems ? Do you have the feeling that nothing really ever works out for you ?

You have caused a nasty groove in your record ! Yes, you !

Are you stuck in sentences as : I can’t do it…It is useless…I am a failure… Are these the thoughts that you are repeating all over again to yourself ?

These are not exactly creating the kind of melody you were longing for isn’t ? Your habitual negative thoughts and beliefs can destroy the song you want to sing and make you lose the joy of dancing to life. You will just sink further into the hole that you have been creating for yourself.

Your subconsious mind is very powerful, but it is a powerstation without direction. It needs the right commands from your conscious mind to be able to create what you want in life !

You really have to impress it with the right mental images, you have to impregnate it with good feelings so it can give you the offspring you truly desire !

Let the desires that are in harmony with your heart cause a melodious groove in your life’s album. Let them overtake the negativity present in your life.

Each time you tend to your negative patterns, stop yourself in the process. Overrule them by stating : I am working with divine mind, I choose love, I choose happiness, I choose joy !
