This is one of my favorite sentences to help me clear my perception from all errors. It can evaporate the belief in separation and make you see people “whole” again. These words alone have the power to put an end to all judgement.

How can you be free from judgement when your subconscious mind repeatedly finds evidence in the form of past hurts, mistakes, sins, shames and blames ?

In case your mind objects : Love overrules every judgement !

You stop projecting your fears upon people, you stop reflecting theirs back ! You stop taking cover or taking over when you interact with people !

You stop projecting past and future into the present and become sensitive to truthful perception and make truthful connections instead.

“I am responsible for what I see. I choose the feelings I experience, and I decide upon the goal I would achieve. And everything that seems to happen to me I ask for, and receive as I have asked.”

ACIM

A strange phenomenon takes place when you clear your perception of how you think people are or should be. They are suddenly able to drop off their masks and show you their true identity.

It is a side effect of being fully in Power ! You return to the original template.

It’s never too late to discover the wolf within !

Wisdom

A wolf woman is courageous and dares to speak her truth. Allthough this woman often walks a lonely path, often covered with challenges, she has learned how to use and trust her intuition. She has embraced her shadowside and she has managed to walk through the dark with an extreme confidence in herself.

Opportunity

A wolf woman is a trailblazer. Instead of following someone else’s footsteps, she creates a path of her own. She has a laser focus on what she wants and she recognizes the signs along her way that create opportunities for herself.

Love

A wolf woman has conquered her fears and has chosen love to be her guiding force. She is a nurturing mother and protects the vulnerable. She knows love is the garment of her true naked self.

Freedom

A wolf woman has found her way out of the maze. She has gone beyond the roles she occupies in life and the identities she took on along the way. She knows these are only masks, cover ups for who she really is. She is a passionate expression of who she genuinely desires to be.

Are you being true to your authentic self ? Do you have the freedom to do what you want in life ? Is there room to be you ?

Use Love !

When we learn to discipline and control our thoughts and feelings, and use only the positive, constructive words, sent forth with divine love, our body and mind respond to that righteousness – right-use-ness.

The right use and selection of words is of vital importance but equally important is the feeling behind those words, for feeling is the motivating factor that makes the words live. This is where divine love enters in. It doesn’t mean we go around saying : “love, love, love !”

We speak the words once, with feeling, with vision, with conviction, with acceptance, and instantly the law moves into action to bring it into fulfillment.

“Before ye have spoken I have answered”

It is already there !

In the words of Buddha : “Use love, concentrate upon it, treat yourself with love, morning, noon and night. As you sit down to partake your food, use love, think it, feel it, and your food will taste a lot better.”

Love is the magical ingredient !

Every time you focus on a problem, every time you put a negative meaning on a situation and you feel bad, you create tension and resistance in your body.

Trying to control or fix the problem is like keeping the arrow on the bow tensed. Your body stays stressed and contracted !

It takes a lot of energy to keep that tension alive, it takes effort to sustain this. It’s a constant battle and many of us are doing this on a daily basis !

You deplete your energy because you are building up the stress levels in yourself.

You refuse to listen to your body to see what is really going on…You feel weakened, sick and in pain…Until at one point your body can’t take it any more and it shouts : “STOP !”

Stop putting your focus on the things you don’t want to experience ! Stop projecting your fears on your mind’s eye ! Stop giving the wrong commands to your body !

You give power to your thoughts through positive focus and intent.

Without the right intention to pull the bow string, your efforts will be weak or tensed and miss target.

Find out what causes the friction, let go of the tension and see how far the arrow will reach….

When two become one

If you are already in a relationship with your soulmate or twin flame, what I am about to write will sound very familiar.

You are literally dealing with your other half, it’s a magical match made in heaven a long time ago !

When two become one

It creates a powerful unit when twins reunite. ‘One and one equals two’ isn’t the correct answer ! When these two are added the result is exponentially more ! What is bound in heaven isn’t added but multiplied, to the power of the 144,000 !

They carry the Divine blueprint of creation and remember their soul essence and power when they merge. Together they radiate a powerful energy, Love is amplified and unified as One.

“Love is the glue that holds this universe together.”

A powerful magnetic pull

They can be separate for long but they are destined to find each other. And when they do, they become inseparable, you can’t have one without the other…

They are drawn to each other like glue, there’s a constant magnetism between them. The further they are removed from each other, the more painful the separation feels. It’s like a rubber stretched to its limits : it creates a lot of tension !

Telepathic connection

Although apart, there is always a telepathic connection between them and they usually sense when there is something wrong with their twin or when the other needs assistance.

Both can have very vivid and prophetic dreams or even share or remember dreams about their past and future together.

A sensitive liaison

No need to lie about their whereabouts, they both sense when their partner isn’t truthful. These issues usually pass very quickly as there is no need to hide anything in this relationship. No need to put a mask on ! They both see through inauthenticity…

Yin-yang

They are yin and yang, light and shadow, male and female, they are each other’s poles. They complement and complete one another. He is the light in her dark, she is the light in his dark.

This constant push-pull creates a tumultuous and complex relationship. They push each other’s buttons several times because of the mirroring between them. They usually have important shadow work to do ! There is a lot to be played out as they trigger each other’s fears and angers.

Together they can transmute an enormous amount of old energies which effect ripples through to the collective for the benefit of all.

Challenges and tests

They can go through many challenges : their faith and strength can be tested to the maximum, they can experience hardship in various areas of their life.

When one finds him/herself experiencing a tough time or going through a particular transition, their twin is often there to support, guide or protect them. Whenever one of them falls in the trap of self-pity or blame, the other will sustain the Higher vision instead of instantly gratifying their partner’s emotions.

They can help one another rise above issues they normally wouldn’t be able to solve all by themselves.

They lift the other one up when they are down. When they are doubtful, they remind their partner of their divinity….It’s definitely Divine intervention !

Destined to meet

They might have met each other before or might have known each other in other lifetimes. They might unknowingly or unconsciously have already been close to each other !

They may live in each other’s neighbourhood for years, having any knowledge of each other’s existence or they may find their twin in another corner of the world !

They could have met by accident, in an unusual way, it was a coincidence !

Catalyst for growth

They both fulfill the role of teacher and student as they learn from each other, they help each other grow spiritually or assist in the awakening process of their partner.

They are benefitted by their bond : they need each other to sustain the higher vision they both share or need assistance from their partner to complete a particular mission.

They are each other’s catalyst for growth. Although they won’t immediately give you what you want, they will give you exactly what you need !

Attachment and non attachment

They don’t try to change one another. They can be free and bonded at the same time, the relationship doesn’t feel restrictive ! It feels safe and comforting but isn’t suffocating.

A Big Bang !

You all know what happens when two stars collide : there is a big explosion ! When God made its creation, male and female were separated and moved away from each other, but since the magnetism is still there, they feel incomplete and they long to unify and become one once again…

Once you’ve met your twin, your world will be shaken : There has been a sacred love explosion, a Big Bang !

No matter what sex means to you right now : a play, a power game, a love connection or just something physical… Keep in mind that it is a powerful exchange of energy and it can eighter be destructive or constructive depending on the intent both partners have during sexual intercourse.

Twin flames work towards balance in their relationship : sex isn’t the usual power game anymore, it is a sacred union. They feel their oneness ! They don’t feel guilty about their sexual appetite as this kind of passionate madness is normal in a twin relationship !

Pitfalls

The mind minds

Pitfalls and booby traps usually come from the ego, it is again the mind that minds and causes to question the relationship. It can bring up all kinds of excuses why it shouldn’t be : the partner is too young or too old, it feels ‘too good to be true’ or ‘not meant to be’. The heart feelings are denied because of fears and resistance.

Energy vampirism & psychic attacks

They are prone to energy vampires because of their magnetic vibration. Be aware of those who literally can’t stand the light ! They will try to pull you down or pull you away from each other by spreading lies or by despising your relationship. Even close family members can be totally against the relationship.

People sense there is “something” about twin flames and have the tendency to oppose that which they can’t grasp or understand !

And if you would ask me how a twin relationship feels, my answer would be this :

The sea of Love

“Love sets you free – not thinking”

When we feel separated from Source, we start being weary or feel uncomfortable in our skin. We are out of alignment and need to restore the balance.

The more we are disconnected from our heart, the harder this separation feels and symptoms of discouragement, disease and depression usually follow. You start to carry attachments with you.

Instead of swimming in the ocean you are sinking to the bottom where it is all dark and muddy. Untill you see a light above that catches your attention. You are curious about it but in order to rise higher you have to leave the weight of the past behind…

Fish live in water and can’t be separated from it as it is their lifeforce ! We humans can’t be separated from Love ! In Love we live, move and have our being !

In Love we are in full command and power. As we love unconditionally, we have the complete ocean of cosmic Love with us. It is the essence of our being !

“Come with me, my love. To the sea. The sea of Love. I want to tell you how much I love you.”

What if this song isn’t just a love song from one person to another but an exclusive message for you from the universe ?

What if it is an expression of its love for you or an invitation to return home to Source where the drop unifies with the ocean again and no longer feels separated.

You surrendered and found yourself immersed in a sea of Love !

Here’s to Love !

Saturday morning I woke up very early, I decided to go through my reader and started reading several blogs. During one particular read, I couldn’t contain my tears anymore ! Not that it was such a sad story, on the contrary ! It was a story expressing hope, it was a letter from a soldier returning home soon to his family.

As an empath I am often drawn into these stories, often feeling very vividly what others go through as if I were present myself…But this time these were more than tears of compassion, It felt as a huge release of war related symptoms and syndroms.

Individually and collectively all these feelings and beliefs inherent to war are still present in our consciousness : division, seperation, loss of loved ones, sadness, insecurity, fear, anxiety, anger, hate and resentment, destruction and death…

There are still several active war zones worldwide. To this day millions are still threatened by the effects of war. Innocent people still die on a daily basis due to conflicts.

And even if your city isn’t bombarded, you are bombarded by bad news, you are daily informed where all these riots, fights, wars are happening on the globe. Even if you haven’t experienced war in your life or haven’t been involved in one up close, you were or are in some way still affected by it !

War is deeply ingrained in our memory, we still carry the fears of our ancestors with us, all these events are stored in our collective consciousness.

Maybe your grandfather passed down stories from WW2 directly to you, maybe the only thing you have is a picture of him because he didn’t make it alive…

Perhaps your brother or your friend is still overseas to fight, maybe you were seriously injured yourself and are now confronted with a war on a completely different level.

There’s this mess in your head and in addition numerous feelings you can’t cope with since your return. You are traumatized and unrecognisable to yourself, family and friends.

I still live in the city that was almost completely destroyed in WWI, I still live in the house in which basement my father and his family had to hide during WW2, It takes only a one hour drive to see the many graves of the fallen ones in Flanders Fields.

I’ve always loved poppies when I was young but when I grew up they lost part of their beauty and innocence, they reminded me more of the blood being shed and the atrocity war has brought us.

May the poppies not only be a symbol of remembrance of the death but may they represent the millions refusing to put their energy in thoughts of seperation, division and suppression.

May they be a symbol of hope and renewal, a symbol for people standing up together in love and peace, may they be a symbol for those who realised humanity is the balancing factor able to put an end to this continual dual swing of ours.

May the poppies be transformed to millions of lights and represent a species that isn’t in war anymore with itself, a species that can rise to the next level and restore the balance and peace that is truly needed.

Our fight is over ! Here’s to Love, here’s to Light !

Find your king-pin !

Everyone who is into metaphysics surely knows the works of Florence Scovel Shinn. She has written several books, her most known one is “The game of life and how to play it”

An important thing I remember about her work is that she talked about finding your king-pin, the thought which is your great oppressor, the thought which is blocking you from moving forward in life.

In the logging camps in the Spring, the logs are sent down the rivers in great numbers. Sometimes the logs become crossed and cause a jam. The men look for the log causing the jam (they call it the king-pin), straighten it, and the logs rush down the river again.

Just as with the logs that can get stuck by this king-pin, our natural flow of energy can be blocked, emotional debris are piled up due to our habitual negative thinking. This includes all our doubts, our fears, our worries…

Are you experiencing an impasse in your life ? You have done everything you can to make something work, but you are standing still, there seems to be no movement at all !

What is your logjam in your mind where you can’t get over ? What is preventing you from finding your happiness right now ?

It’s difficult to find the cause by just thinking about it, our ego will often get in the way and may bring up things that aren’t truthful, maybe you’ll start overthinking, which will only result in more worry and doubt !

The easist way to detect your king-pin is to release the emotion accompagnying the problem. My favorite way of tracing these trapped emotions is with Dr. Nelson’s emotion code. I suggest you teach yourself some basic muscle testing skills as this is necessary to detect these emotions. The more you practise the more confident you will become ! A body magnet is also a very useful tool to fully release the emotions !

You can experience headaches or other physical discomfort afterwards but these are just signs that your body is flushing away the negativity. This is only temporary and a good indication that your body is releasing these stored emotions.

Most of the times when I do a release on myself, the oppressive thought, or the cause of the blockage will just pop up in my head after a while. Then I am conscious of what has been blocking me all this time. A feeling of “AHA” is usually what follows !

If we would use this technique regularly to let go of the stuff we have been accumulating, we would find ourselves being more healthy, more energetic and even more succesful and wealthy.

Dear empaths, dear lovers of life, this life can be tough, for some it is a struggle to survive in this materialistic word. Know that you don’t need to be spiritual and poor. Abundance is here for all. You have to find your king-pin blocking your abundance !

As Florence wrote : “Most people consider life to be a battle, but it is not a battle, it is a game. It is a game, however, which cannot be played succesfully without knowledge of spiritual law. All power is given to men (through right thinking) to bring his heaven upon his earth and this is the goal of the game of life. The simple rules are fearless faith, nonresistance and love !”

When a relationship ends our whole world just seems to stop and collapse. A painful grieving process often begins. We feel uncomplete and we find ourselves wandering…wondering about old times. How we wish to experience those moments again…How we crave those people…Our love and happiness are living in the past.

When we experience a rough time or are facing some tough stuff in our relationship(s), we find ourselves dreaming of better times, we are looking forward to a more healthy or wealthy future…our time has yet to come… Our love and happiness are living in the future.

The present can feel so unpleasant that we constantly try to escape it, so in mind we rewind or fast forward continuously to better times. We return to reality only to find out our happiness isn’t here right now ! We get caught in a vicious cycle…

Nowhere – Now here

There is no past. the past is a mental picture, constantly edited by us. There is no future. There are only thoughts in the present about things that have not happened yet. We project our thoughts to future events. Again it is a mental picture !

We can only be conscious in the moment, we can only experience happiness and love now here !

You tell me that you have been looking for love everywhere ! You looked in every possible corner and it’s nowhere to be found ! It’s not there for you, it’s just not meant to be…

What you see are just reflections of your inner self, what you are lacking outside, you forgot to nourish within in the first place !

Here’s the problem : what you desire doesn’t correspond to your reality. You see two things : your desire and the lack of it in your life. You don’t have what you want and you start focusing on the lack.

Everywhere you go, you see people having what you want, you see loving couples kissing each other, your heart crumbles…Everyone you meet, reminds you of what you are currently missing and lacking in life !

What you want to attract in life you often repulse by connecting a negative emotion to it, by feeling bad about it. You reject your happiness because you are not feeling worthy…

You don’t feel worthy, you doubt and worry…You are afraid of making another mistake, you are jealous and envious of a friend…Feelings of blame, guilt, shame are keeping your vibration low. You radiate lack. Like attracts like so more lack is all that follows…

Set your heart free and tune up !

It’s not that what you desire is bad or impossible to accomplish. You just need to close the gap between your desire and actually having the experience of it. You close the gap by feeling your way into it. By bringing that feeling of acccomplishment, the feeling of “it is done” to the present moment. Live it ! Be it !

Are you corresponding and responding with love, radiating love or are you repulsing it and rejecting it ? Are you still judging and blaming others for your fails and fiascos in your relationships ? You have to let go of what ties you to the past. You need to soften up for your own sake !

When you are searching for a suiting song on the radio, you make sure when you stumble on the right one that you stay on the exact frequency of that particular radiostation broadcasting it !

You don’t stop before it or after it where you can barely hear it or where there’s disturbance…You adjust untill you hear it very brightly and clearly !

Love is always at our disposition, right here, right now. Not in a distant place and time. Love lies at our core. We only need to adjust our tuner and find the right frequency to unlock the magic !

Once we find the wisdom of the heart, it is our most accurate gps and steering wheel !
