This is one of my favorite sentences to help me clear my perception from all errors. It can evaporate the belief in separation and make you see people “whole” again. These words alone have the power to put an end to all judgement.

How can you be free from judgement when your subconscious mind repeatedly finds evidence in the form of past hurts, mistakes, sins, shames and blames ?

In case your mind objects : Love overrules every judgement !

You stop projecting your fears upon people, you stop reflecting theirs back ! You stop taking cover or taking over when you interact with people !

You stop projecting past and future into the present and become sensitive to truthful perception and make truthful connections instead.

“I am responsible for what I see. I choose the feelings I experience, and I decide upon the goal I would achieve. And everything that seems to happen to me I ask for, and receive as I have asked.”

A strange phenomenon takes place when you clear your perception of how you think people are or should be. They are suddenly able to drop off their masks and show you their true identity.

It is a side effect of being fully in Power ! You return to the original template.

Are you a sentinel ?

From suffering and conditionned awareness to freedom and naked awareness.

When you quiet your mind you are more able to focus and direct your attention. The direction of your attention is a powerful tool to transform your life.

Your choice of attitude and focus not only affects your own experiences, it also affects the experiences and behaviors of others.

If you can quiet your mind, you become a sentinel, you get access to your inner gifts and your sixth sense and you’ll get a broader perspective in life, one not limited to the 5 senses.

It means you stop giving meaning to anything that happens, good or bad. It means you remain open and receptive to everything !

You just observe without preconceived ideas or judgements towards yourself and others. You finally get a clear view on reality !

With mindful practices and meditation you can learn to get beyond your mental noice and silence the monkeys in your mind. You can get in the zone quite easily when you start to control your breathing !

Flow is a balanced state where your actions aren’t disturbed by the preoccupations of your mind, it is a state in which time seems to have stopped and outer conditions don’t affect you at all.

It’s like you become immune to the mockery around, you can’t be ridiculized anymore or knocked out of your center !

You govern your inner world, you are the silent watchman at the gate ! You decide what comes into your world, trespassing is not aloud !

Turn the tide

We are more likely to remember the negative things than the positive. We also tend to focus on our shortcomings, our lack or our bad habits !

And of course a lot of people, especially the critics are immediately there to remind us of our former mistakes or our past failures ! One mistake, one bad choice and you are nailed to the cross or are looking towards a life time penance !

There are enough examples in the media : businessmen, sporters, actors, tumbling off their pedestal, once adored and idolized now despised, condemned and reviled ! It’s as we are always looking for a scapegoat, someone to blame !

In 2011, a Bundesliga referee couldn’t cope with all the nasty remarks anymore and he attempted suicide hours before a game. Luckily his assistants found him and were able to take him to a hospital and save his life.

While he was recovering he received a note from German star Bastian Schweinsteiger.  The Bayern Munich star wrote to Rafati : “Mr Rafati, there are often setbacks in life, but you have to bounce back each time. I wish you all the best.”

The little note made a huge impact on Mr. Rafati’s life. He was touched by the player’s kindness. But how do you turn the tide when things get out of hand ? How do you bounce back when things have gone too far, when it even seems too much to handle ? You can’t cope with it anymore and are ready to throw in the towel…

Put everything back in perspective !

We are human, humans make mistakes ! It’s an integral part of life, inherent to life. Mistakes are part of our growth process, we can learn from them ! They can teach us what works and what doesn’t, so that we are able to adjust or change course !

Don’t identify with your mistakes or problems. If you keep repeating that you are a failure, that nothing ever really works out for you, you will never escape this roundabout of negativity. You have to break the pattern and start putting more positivity in yourself.

Bring back positivity

We all know that boss who is unable to compliment us for our good work or praise us for our excellence but happens to spot and comment every single thing that goes wrong.

We all remember our teachers who couldn’t utter a single positive word, who were always belittling, complaining, judging…who picked on us !

Or we had parents who were never satisfied of our actions and our behaviour and now it seems as if you have to prove yourself continiously in life. “Am I right or wrong, am I doing good ? I don’t know what to do !”

You start doubting and worrying and you become indecisive about what you really want !

Stop looking for others’ appreciation or approval

What other people think or say about you shouldn’t be of any concern to you. When others trigger you and leave you feeling bad, you have given permission to them to pollute your personal space.

Do not let them enter your system ! Each time you let them penetrate your energyfield, you devaluate yourself !

If you keep living according to others’ standards and morals, you’ll have to face a lot of regrets in life. Why don’t you take the direction YOU want in life and choose the things that make you feel good ?

Restore your self worth

If we would be more self loving, we wouldn’t experience that much resistance or opposition in life. Be less judgemental about yourself and others ! Stop giving your power away ! Focus on your own progress. Invest in yourself !

Start talking positively to yourself instead of repeating “Mea Culpa” all the time. Blame, guilt and shame are too heavy burdens to carry around for long ! These emotions will only affect and infect you in a bad way !

Be forgiving

When someone did you wrong, staying resentful, spewing hateful thoughts or words will only keep you trapped in negativity. Same as for seeking revenge : “He will pay for what he did, he won’t get away with it…” Remember that hatred eats the soul of the hater, not the hated !

Sometimes the most important person you need to forgive is yourself ! When you have done something wrong and feel bad about it, admit it, apologize and ask for forgiveness ! Even if the other person refuses to forgive you, that’s their choise !

And if you have trouble forgiving someone, keep the following sentence in mind : Every saint has a past, every sinner has a future !

Creative living starts with right perception : you use your senses to perceive everything around you without putting meaning on things. You know it goes the other away around and that what you see outwardly is only a reflection of your inner beliefs. You know that in order to change your outside world you have to turn your focus inside.

Do you feel everyone is against you ?  Do you care or are you concerned about what others think of you ? Change your perception ! Why do you believe that what others think of you is the truth ? Only what you believe about yourself is valid, do not let what others think of you affect the way you feel about yourself. This way you allow other people’s negative energy to enter in your system and to be vulnerable for psychic attacks.

Sometimes your judgement of the person is causing you to not see the person as he truly is. Your own judgement and belief about yourself and others are the real enemies. What you see appearing in your world is what you truly feel about yourself. Fortunately it is your belief and you can change it. Fortunately you have total control over your own behaviour, your own thoughts and emotions !

Creative living is living from a “heart based mode“. Meaning you use your intuition ! Therefor you have to be able to silence the mind, so you can be in a receptful mode, ready to receive intuitive answers.  You just need to connect to your heart’s wisdom and feel this divine guidance. Know that all is well and that everything is already provided. Tune in with the wisdom of nature. Get the atonement with your higher self, focus on pure love and see the answers appear. If it makes you feel strong it usely is the right answer, if it makes you go weak, it probably isn’t ! You can feel this in your body, you can trust this knowledge ! Once you accept your own power and accept that at any moment in time you get your answer, you can feel safe and in peace and be undisturbed by outer appearances.

Peace is such an ingredient in everyone’s life, without which no creativity is possible, no intuition is possible, and without which you don’t have energy either.

Creative living is to become like children again and get our sense of wonderment back ! We put so much stuff in our heads, we barely notice what is happening around us in the now, we barely recognize the joy and wisdom of the present moment, we barely see how the world is actively communicating with us, sending us signals, constantly. Instead we are trying to make a living and we are trapped in a cycle of struggle and survival, trapped in negative thoughts, trapped in a unmeaningful life ! We go against our grain and become eventually depressed or burned out.

Listen ! Earth is living and breathing with us. As humanity we are eighter assisting in the expansion or the contraction of the world but we are always participating whether we know this consciously or not and whether we like it or not !

Begin to take care of yourself and take care of our planet ! We can eighter destroy ourselves and the planet and continue putting crap and negativity in ourselves, spewing all kind of bad things out on planet earth or we can change our vibration towards positive change and oneness ! We are our own saviours !
