Flow is a balanced state where your actions aren’t disturbed by the preoccupations of your mind, it is a state in which time seems to have stopped and outer conditions don’t affect you at all.

It’s like you become immune to the mockery around, you can’t be ridiculized anymore or knocked out of your center !

You govern your inner world, you are the silent watchman at the gate ! You decide what comes into your world, trespassing is not aloud !

Maybe as a child you were told several times you couldn’t do something, or you were beaten and you grew up feeling unappreciated, unworthy or worse : unloved ! It can be difficult to bring all these experiences up to the surface and to find your king-pin, your oppressor, your core resisting thoughts and beliefs !

But as you move through the pain and shed all this old stuff, you will gain more confidence in yourself. When you feel drained by the struggle in life, sometimes all it takes is a spark of faith ! Sooner or later there will be a turning point where you finally start letting go, detaching yourself from all these low inner states.

Choose life !

You have no idea how many people tell me they feel lost lately. They don’t know who they are, they don’t what they want, they don’t know what to do anymore ! They have been knocked down in life too many times, they feel they are out of choices and are desperate !

Many are ashamed because they believe they failed to live according to society’s standards, they think something is fundamentally wrong with them. No wonder depression and burnout have taken on epidemical forms !

A lot of people are in need to confess their sins, to confide their darkest secrets to someone who understands, someone who doesn’t judge or blame them for being out of course.

Where you are in life depends a lot on the choices you have been making so far. Maybe you wonder how life would have looked like, if you had followed another path…

What if ? “What if I stayed in that relationship, what if I took that job offer back then,…?”

Know that each time you make a decision that goes against the natural flow of life, you are damaging yourself and you will eventually experience pain.

The further you remove yourself from your center, the more tension you will feel until the pressure gets unbearable and you eventually break and lose complete connection with your true self. You are “lost” !

Every time something leaves you feeling bad about yourself or leaves you in pain, you are just going against your grain. You are on a course that Spirit didn’t exactly had in mind for you !

There are certain places where ideas literally seem to flow into you. Perhaps in the shower, or a special spot in your garden. Perhaps somewhere close to the sea or another place in nature.

Sometimes inspiration can come out of nowhere, sometimes it comes quickly, sometimes it is huge, as a zip file that needs unpacking !

You urge yourself to sit down in front of your computer or you quickly grab your pen and a piece of paper, impatient to put into words what’s in your head !

You are excited to paint the image you have on your mind !

Perhaps you run to your garage cause you finally saw how your project needed to be adjusted !

You start writing very fast because you don’t want to miss anything that is in that head of yours. You are in a state of trance ! (Reminds me of ASOT)

At a certain moment, when you have finished your writings, you look at your paper, you can barely decipher your own writings anymore ! It’s a complete mess !

Little by little, bit by bit you start adjusting, putting order in the chaos. Untill finally your piece is finished. Voilà !

You ask yourself : “How did I do that ?” You completely lost track of time, you completely forgot your surroundings.

You realize you got lost in the creative process.

You were passionately involved with what you were doing.

And you just let it happen.

You were in flow.

God strikes his golden brush where sun and water meet.

Hartcoherentie : samenwerking van hart, geest en lichaam !

Jullie weten allemaal wel wanneer een topatleet “in de zone” is ! Alles is precies goed. Zijn geest en zijn lichaam zijn “in sync” (synchroon) en alles werkt prima ! Evenwicht, coördinatie, reactietijd. Het voelt alsof dingen gebeuren in een positieve stroom. De toestand waarin men dit ervaart wordt ook wel  “flow” genoemd en vaak zegt men van deze speler dat hij in evenwicht is, in balans.

Hartcoherentie is een specifieke, synchrone toestand van fysiologisch functioneren die vaak wordt geassocieerd met langdurige positieve gevoelens. Hartcoherentie is deze bijzondere toestand waarin het hart zich in een veilige modus bevindt en niet meer in een vecht-vlucht reactie. Stress kan deze vecht-vlucht reactie ook uitlokken, zelfs als we ons niet in gevaar bevinden !

Onderzoek aan het Heart Math Instituut in de Verenigde Staten heeft aangetoond dat het patroon van jouw hartritme de staat weergeeft van jouw emoties en de werking van het zenuwstelsel.
