Every time you focus on a problem, every time you put a negative meaning on a situation and you feel bad, you create tension and resistance in your body.

Trying to control or fix the problem is like keeping the arrow on the bow tensed. Your body stays stressed and contracted !

It takes a lot of energy to keep that tension alive, it takes effort to sustain this. It’s a constant battle and many of us are doing this on a daily basis !

You deplete your energy because you are building up the stress levels in yourself.

You refuse to listen to your body to see what is really going on…You feel weakened, sick and in pain…Until at one point your body can’t take it any more and it shouts : “STOP !”

Stop putting your focus on the things you don’t want to experience ! Stop projecting your fears on your mind’s eye ! Stop giving the wrong commands to your body !

You give power to your thoughts through positive focus and intent.

Without the right intention to pull the bow string, your efforts will be weak or tensed and miss target.

Find out what causes the friction, let go of the tension and see how far the arrow will reach….

Pillars of light draw much attention. A lot of people see them as a threat to their existence. People get afraid when you hold a mirror in front of them. They are afraid their life will be disturbed in some kind of way…

It looks like they are saying : “I am used to this sleep…to this numbness ! Don’t wake me up !” or “Leave me alone…why even try ?” They don’t ask this important question : “Who am I ?”

Your life is your responsibility. You can always choose and act according to your own feelings. You can always decide for yourself what goes “with” or “against” your own nature !

You can repeat : “I can’t do this !”. You can continue selling to yourself “I am not worthy of…” and do a lifetime of penance or you can start talking positive to your self and start feeling good about yourself.

When you tell your body a lie, your body responds with weakness. It can literally stop you. Stop resisting or postponing the good that comes to you…

We are so used to focus on negative things, whe shy away from all positivity and goodness, we don’t believe in our capabilities anymore. You can make a decision now and stop playing the victim. You have creative powers ! All things already exist as mere possibilities and you can choose what you want to experience.

When you experience negativity, feel blocked, tensed or scared, learn to calm yourself & learn to focus your attention, before these illusions take control over your life. Brush them out of your inner belief system. It can look like a mess at first, but see what jewels you can find in a dust off barn !
