The devil has found his side chick in anger, agression and hate !

He will provide you with false feelings of strength and power but what he really does is consuming your life energy, sucking the life completely out of you, leaving you devastated and weakened !

“But what about our deal ?”, would you ask with your last breath.

“What deal ?”, the devil would reply.

“Well you are my Batman and I’m your Robin, there must be some kind of reward for being your faithful assistent that long…”

The devil would just smile upon hearing that much ignorance and naivety !

“It’s all your choise, it has always been your choise and it will ever be !” would his answer be while he hands over your remains to the vultures and hops on to his next victim…

Remember that hate only bears more hate.

Hate carries the fruits of self-destruction !

F*ck that !

Fuck ! The way you use this word can reveal a lot about yourself or even other people !

It gives extra power to your statements : “I am fucking ugly, she is fucking adorable, that fucking boss,…!”

It can be used as a verb, a noun, an adjective and it can relate to any emotional expression : amazement : “What the fuck !”, frustration : “Fuck off !’, anger : “Fuck you !”, fear : “I am fucked !”, desire : “You look so fucking good !”, disappointment : “Oh Fuck man !”

It can wake you up and remind you that YOU ARE POWERFUL : “Fuck, I’m gonna do it !” and that other people’s opinions shouldn’t keep you from doing the things you want ! “I don’t give a fuck !”

Every time you use it, see it as a chance to change course or to be conscious of your thoughts and points of attraction !

“Fuck ! I am screwed” is a sign that you focus on a bad outcome ! Change this shit and tell yourself another story : “I am fucking awesome !”

Whenever you use the word, be aware of your feelings !  (As you should do with everything you say by the way !)

Whenever you experience negative emotions, you should be alarmed that there are within you conflicting thoughts or beliefs you should deal with !

Remind yourself that life is fucking beautiful !

Be more positive !

Horrible bosses

Do you have to deal with a boss who is constantly grumpry, angry or frustrated ? Are you and your coworkers all affected by his mood (swings) ?

The king of bullies on the workfloor is that boss who spits his anger on everyone. Once he’s loaded, anyone can be his target. After the avalanche of poisonous words the receiver is usually left in shock !

Anxious to not mess things up, you all try to fly under the radar, you carefully choose your words, you try not to be offensive, you avoid being the firestarter at all costs !


At the end of the day you feel weakened. You are completeley worn out ! When you drive home you still think about the way he treated you…While you cook dinner, you boil inside, you still think about all the nasty remarks you were subject to. Being around these kind of people drains your energy !

Even though the anger might not be directly focused on you, the energy can still infect everyone negatively if you are not aware of it.

Especially when managers are frustrated about their affairs and are always complaining about how things are going. Business is never going well, it’s never the right time for a raise. There’s never a positive note. They are always grumpy !!!

After a while you start feeling weary. There’s not much left of your positive mood and without noticing it you arrive at complaining station yourself ! Anger, fear and frustration are very contagious emotions, they leave dark spots behind in our energy field.

Maybe you can’t control your boss’s actions or stop his anger, but you can control your reaction to his behaviour and stop the fire from spreading !


Don’t let negativity get under your skin ! Instead of taking everything personally and let the remarks hit you to the core of your being, think about what an excellent stand up comedian your boss is ! What a drama queen ! His outbursts tell more about him then they tell about you. Remember : No one can hurt you without your permission ! Brush yourself off after an attack !

Don’t dwell on it ! Stop your negative self talk and stop the fearful images in your mind. Refocus on the positive. Change your perspective. Put your imagination to work in a positive way ! Where you focus on, grows !


Don’t project on other people ! At the table one innocent remark from your spouse might be enough to get you in defensive mode. But this time you don’t remain silent. You are ready to respond viciously, you found a substitute for your boss and you are now easily triggered for the fight…

Before you realize it, you are the one acting bossy around everyone. The anger has spread out and has reached more people ! Be aware !

Don’t participate in anger ! Even though he is treating you unfairly, stay calm and balanced. More anger will only fuel up the fire ! Breathe calmly through the situation. Be the one acting righteously !

Ugly tackle on the field…Damn referee ! A nasty driver cut you off and you got a speeding ticket ! The rain just ruined your hair…and you spilled your cup of coffee all over the place ! You got bullied…School sucks !

Remove yourself from the scene !


Whenever it is possible : REMOVE yourself from the scene. Respect the people around you. They too could have had a bad hair day ! If you are harmful to other people and you continue your actions, know that you can or will be removed abruptly or violently. So you decide…it’s up to you whether you create more drama or STOP it !

Do something else !


Get totally lost in another activity. Cleaning, cooking, fitness, jogging,…Get rid off excessive energy. Run, run, run your lungs out. Punch a pillow.

Precautions have to be taken when driving a vehicle. Traffic can trigger agressive behaviour !

Clear your mind


Was your sister that annoying that you considered pulling her hair out ? Maybe there were already early signs of frustration present within you. When you woke up this morning, you could barely get out of bed, you were late and had to speed things up to be on time…and then she started to…

Today is a new canvas you can paint on, leave your dark colors in the drawer, leave your quarrels, arguments and grudges behind. You will feel instant relief from this mess and stress in your head when you don’t cooperate with it anymore. Don’t get pulled into drama all the time !

Calm down !

Create a space of your own where you can withdraw when neccessary. Prepare yourself a nice spot and make it cosy and comfortable. Do a lot of breathing exercices. Try to meditate…If you find meditation useless : Don’t feel bad but seek another calming activity : go for a walk in nature, listen to suiting music, read a book or take a nap !

Find your happy place !


Use your imagination to create a happy place just for yourself. Close your eyes and imagine a place where you are in total peace and harmony. Your happy place can be somewhere on vacation at the beach while you are looking at a sunset, maybe you imagine having 100 puppies around that need cuddling ! You are having a big rave…Or you find yourself having a walking closet with 1000 shoes in it…

Can you feel it ?

Find a cuddle buddy !


Do you have a special friend who can bring you back to your senses in no time ? Now is the time to make that call. Wherever they are or whatever they are doing, trust that they will try to do anything to assist you.

Being able to cuddle someone physically present is the quickest solution and will melt away anger and frustration in seconds. Do not contaminate the other with your toxic words or behavior. Just surrender to the loving feeling…
