Spirit rules matter

Bruno Gröning

The teaching of Bruno Gröning is based on the influence that spiritual forces have on human beings. This influence is greater than most people realise.

Bruno Gröning compared a person to a battery. In daily life, everyone burns up energy. However, often not enough new life energy is absorbed to replace it. In the same way that an empty battery is incapable of functioning, a body without energy is also unable to fulfill its tasks. The consequences are fatigue, exhaustion, nervousness, anxieties and finally, illness.

Bruno Gröning’s teaching explains how an individual can obtain new energy. The belief in goodness is a necessary prerequisite, as is the will to be healthy. The human body is constantly surrounded by healing waves which only have to be absorbed. According to Bruno Gröning, no illness is incurable, and this fact is confirmed by the healings that have occurred and have been medically verified. These healings are spiritual and therefore not dependent on Bruno Gröning being physically present.

Mental & emotional detachment from the condition

“Worries have brought emotional suffering to humanity and have taken such deep root that people are bound to get sick. One person emotionally burdens the next. People are miseducated; they have distanced themselves from what is natural; many have lost their belief in God. But whoever loses the divine path, also loses his health.”

If a person wishes to regain his health through Bruno Gröning, he must be prepared to let go of “evil.” He must turn his back on what is bad – the illness – and part with it, no longer think “my asthma, my rheumatism” and so on. This is not always easy. It demands inner transformation. The person has to change his way of thinking. One shouldn’t habitually think about the illness, but rather believe in health. One must take up the belief that even incurable illnesses can be healed.

“To engage with illness is to hold on to it and block the path of divine energy. A person should separate themselves from the illness, not regard it as their property, but rather as see it as something evil. Illness does not belong to the human being!”

Thoughts are spiritual energies

Man is not submissively subjected to whatever comes into his mind. He himself can decide which thoughts he will tolerate and which not. But he must make this choice carefully, not superficially. There is an energy behind every thought; a positive thought is constructive, a negative one, destructive. A joyful message inspires, a sad one discourages! Thoughts are spiritual energies. They embody a power; a power which humanity today is barely aware of. A thought born of love can inspire a person to lay down his life for another. A thought spawned from hatred can drive him to kill another. “Beware of every evil thought!”

“Trust and believe. The divine power helps and heals.”

It requires setting aside every scientific, every logical way of thinking and adopting a belief in something higher. Bruno’s teaching is based on totally different fundamentals than today’s materialistic spirit, which has arisen from intellectual thinking. This is why he often said, “I cannot be understood by the intellect”.

The Maharishi effect

In 1960, Maharishi Mahesh Yogi predicted that one percent of a population practicing the TM technique would produce measurable improvements in the quality of life for the whole population. This phenomenon was first documented in scientific research in 1976 when it was found that when 1% of a community practiced Transcendental Meditation, the crime rate was reduced by 16% on average. At this time, the phenomenon was named the Maharishi Effect.

Generally, the Maharishi Effect may be defined as the influence of coherence and positivity in the social and natural environment generated by the practice of the TM and TM-Sidhi programs.

Revelations

Phuro! Be inspired!

Phuro! The mantra!

This is a “Phuro Mantra” – “Pinda Kacha Shabda Sacha.” The body is perishable, the Word is eternal.

“Ishvarovacha” – Lord Ishwara (i.e. God) tells you: “PHURO! Be inspired!”

“PHURO! Be inspired!” In the name of the Lord, this is a full mantra; “Thus spake the Lord.” And what is it He is saying? He says: “The Word is eternal; the material body is perishable.” For the sake of the Lord, I have been talking to you hourly. Be inspired !

The fact is “PHURO!” Everything in this world is “PHURO” transient. It has no reality. True reality is to proceed on the path of truth, to keep the company of saintly people, and to render service to men. The fact is “PHURO!”; this world is transient.

“PHURO! Be inspired!” As soon as a man of pure heart hears these sounds, consciousness awakens in him. By these sounds all evil influences are kept away. Evil forces are weakened by them.

“PHURO!” This is an all encompassing mantra. For the sake of Lord Rama – “Phuro!” This is a complete and inspiring mantra !

In the name of Lord Rama, I have told you many times that karma Yoga is supreme and, through it, I will bring the Revolution to the world. I have also told you many times that Karma Yoga is the highest thing. And I have told you many times “PHURO – be inspired!”

This Revolution will be so fierce that it will melt the hearts of men. This Revolution will annihilate the trees and leaves in the world, as the result of nuclear destruction. In the name of Lord Rama, I have taught you this lesson of Karma Yoga many times. Through every means we will try to progress through Karma. All will be done.

The concept of violence should be understood like this: those who are nonviolent should have no part in violence. For the sake of Lord Rama, I want to establish peace in the world. “PHURO!” These inspiring words will bring peace to the world. “PHURO” in itself is a complete mantra.

Concentrate energy, conserve it. Don’t waste anything, use it only when needed

Awake! Arise! Go to the wise and gain knowledge! Realize the Self! Be of firm determination – fully concentrated – achieve your goal!

c94a — In Sanskrit ‘man’ means mind and ‘tra’ means ‘to free from’. So mantra is literally a tool to free the mind.

In the name of Lord Rama, everything is present in this world, but the luckless ones – those without Karma – get nothing.
What I am telling you are all “phuro-mantras” – mantras to be inspired by! In the name of Lord Rama, inspiring words are eternal; the physical body will go, it is perishable.

We must go ahead and progress. Don’t lag behind. In whatever condition or position you find yourself, always go forward. Go ahead! Go ahead! Advance with courage!

“PHURO! Be inspired!” In the name of the Lord – Advance!

In the name of Lord Rama, “PHURO! Be inspired!” You all have to go forward. You can only progress through Karma – action. You all have to perform “Sat-Karmas – good, merciful, charitable actions.” “Akarma” (inaction) is the worst thing in this world. If you want to live a true life, you have to be active and hardworking. You can become an emperor of this world by hard work. Victory is yours by hard work.

All you monkeys and bears! Lord Rama conquered Lanka with the help of hardworking monkeys. You monkeys! Only wagging your tails won’t be enough! You will have to do something practical, something useful. Babaji says you must work hard and put things into practice. Teach these things to others, too. First, be inspired yourselves; then inspire others with this message of Karma.

De kracht van het ware gebed

Als we bidden, vragen we meestal om hulp aan God. We bidden dat onze geliefde terug gezond mag worden, dat onze kinderen veilig naar huis zouden terugkeren van vakantie of dat we een bepaalde job zouden krijgen. We beroepen ons ook vaak op gebed als we in nood zijn, als we in de problemen zitten, als we het noorden kwijt zijn en het volledig niet meer zien zitten. Soms is het onze allerlaatste toevlucht en wordt het een smeekbede : aub God, waarom moet ik dit meemaken ? Maak aub alles beter ! Ik kan het niet meer aan, ik heb jouw hulp nodig !

Achteraf zijn we teleurgesteld in God of misschien boos als er kwaad is geschied of onze wensen niet zijn uitgekomen ! We keren ons af van God, van het gebed, van ons vertrouwen in God’s kracht in het algemeen !

God zit niet hoog in de wolken in zijn vuist te lachen om jouw ongeluk, trauma, armoede of ziekte. God zit IN jezelf en in alle andere dingen die geschapen zijn. “Hij wacht op jouw terugkeer” wil zeggen hij wacht tot je beslist om een andere keuze te maken. Van de “dark side”, jouw negatieve gedachten en “demonen” naar het licht, jouw positieve gedachten en emoties !

Wil je de kracht van het ware gebed leren kennen, het ware gebed dat steeds wordt gehoord en beantwoord ? Voor een waar gebed heb je geen woorden nodig, de ware kracht van gebed komt van jouw emoties uit. De techniek vraagt ons gevoelens van dankbaarheid, waardering, liefde te voelen, alsof het gebed al verhoord is.

Eén van mijn favoriete auteurs, Gregg Braden schreef het volgende in zijn boek ‘Het Verloren Gebed’ : “De ouderlingen weten de kracht van het ware gebed, als ze regen nodig hebben, bidden ze regen, ze bidden niet OM regen ! Ze focussen zich op het gevoel dat regen hen geeft ! Hoe voelt de regen op hun lichaam ? Hoe ruikt de geur van regen op de vloer, huizen, bomen ? Hoe voelt het om met blote voeten in het natte gras te lopen ? Hoe stralend zien alle bloemen en planten er weer uit als er regen is gevallen ?”

Idem voor de boeddhistische monniken die een hele dag door gebeden chanten en zingen, mantra’s opzeggen, onder het geluid van bellen, gongs en klankschalen. De abt van het klooster vertelde aan Braden dat het gebed onzichtbaar is, “wat je ziet is wat ze doen om het gevoel in hun lichaam op te wekken. Voelen is bidden !”

Wanneer we vragen of er iets zal gebeuren, geven we kracht aan wat we niet hebben. Bidden om genezing versterkt de ziekte, bidden om regen versterkt de droogte, bidden om weelde versterkt de armoede !

Dat is wat alle oude geschriften, alle wijzen en profeten ons proberen wijs te maken. Gebed is onze communicatie met het universum en volgt de wetten van het universum. Als jouw verlangen of wens in ware vorm is voortgebracht zal het vervuld worden.

“Wat je ook verlangt, wanneer je bidt, weet dat je zal ontvangen en hebben”. Wanneer we volledig vertrouwen dat wat we gevraagd hebben reeds van ons is, dan weten we dat we volgens de universele wet werken. Wanneer het verlangen dan vervuld wordt, weten we dat de wet is vervuld. Wanneer we zien dat de wens niet is vervuld, moeten we beseffen dat de fout bij ons ligt en niet bij God !

Leg alle angsten, ongeloof en vooroordelen naast je neer, heb vertrouwen en twijfel niet. Wees dankbaar dat je ontvangen hebt. Wordt één met het verlangen dat je hebt, plant het in jouw geest, in jouw hart en in jouw lichaam. Voel dat je al hebt wat je verlangt en hou vol, ook al is heel de wereld tegen jou ! Er is geen beperking aan God’s kracht, alles is mogelijk !

Als je toch woorden wil gebruiken maak ze dan positief. Vraag gezond te zijn, niet om niet meer ziek te zijn, vraag welstellend te zijn, niet om verlost te worden van miserie, armoede en andere beperkingen !

Laat het hoe, wanneer en waar over aan het universum, jouw taak is enkel om te vragen wat je wil en dankbaar te zijn. Probeer het gevoel dat je hebt als je al zou zijn wie je wil, vast te houden, geloof erin ! Laat geen enkele gedachte of actie toe die niet gelooft dat je al hebt wat je verlangt. Laat de positieve zaadjes groeien !

Dat is de ware betekenis van de woorden : als je gelooft zal je God’s glorie zien !

Visualisaties met het infinity symbool

Het infinity of oneindigheidssymbool

Het middelpunt staat symbool voor de bron van Liefde, het oneindige, God, het nulpunt. Het middelpunt is neutraal, absoluut ! In dit punt is alles één. De loop representeert de twee polariserende tegengestelden, materie en anti materie, de parallelle natuur van alles in ons universum. De externe loop is altijd in beweging : expansie en contractie, in- en uitademen, licht en donker, het zijn elkaars tegenpolen, in het middelpunt balanceren ze elkaar uit !

Deze visualisaties zijn geschikt als je iets naar jou wil toe trekken, een nieuw huis, een partner, een job, of als je een bepaald resultaat wil. Als je een examen moet afleggen of voordat je op sollicitatie gaat, voordat je een operatie ondergaat,…Je kan het ook gebruiken als je positieve energie naar iets of iemand anders wil sturen !

Deze visualisaties zijn krachtig als je ze vaak herhaalt, ideale momenten zijn ’s ochtends voor je jouw dag begint en ’s avonds voor je gaat slapen. Een tiental minuten per visualisatie is voldoende.

Iets of iemand in het licht houden

Begin met drie maal diep in- en uitademen voordat je de oefening begint. Blijf je op jouw ademhaling concentreren tot je een comfortabel ritme hebt gevonden voor jezelf.

Haal je de persoon of het object dat je in het licht wil houden voor de geest en maak jouw intenties voor deze persoon of object bekend.

Concentreer je op positieve emoties en het eindresultaat : zie vooral de persoon en de situatie zoals je ze wil zien (geslaagd, gezond, rijk, gelukkig,…)

Stel je het oneindigheidssymbool voor met jou in één lus van de cirkel en de persoon of object dat je in het licht wil houden in de andere helft van de cirkel. Sluit jouw ogen en cirkel het licht vanuit het middelpunt rond jezelf en dan rond de andere persoon zo terug naar het middelpunt.

Blijf het licht rond jezelf en het object of persoon cirkelen via het middelpunt. (zoals op de foto hierboven) Beeld je in dat het licht rond jou en de persoon alle kleuren heeft van de regenboog, het middelpunt is een helder stralend wit licht, het is het punt van eindeloze mogelijkheden, van mirakels en magie ! Telkens je het middelpunt bent gepasseerd, wordt er meer stralend wit licht in jullie cirkels gebracht.

Stop nu even in het middelpunt, in de cirkel van licht waar geen gedachten zijn, blijf even stil voor je verder gaat.

Sluit jouw oefening af met een dank je wel aan het universum ! It is done !

Derde oog visualisatie

Let zoals bij de vorige oefening op jouw ademhaling, intentie en emoties !

Beeld je de infinity lus voor in jouw hoofd, met het middelpunt op jouw derde oog chakra. Projecteer jouw intentie in het midden van de lus, stel je daar de situatie of persoon voor zoals je wenst dat het is.

Cirkel van links naar rechts in jouw hoofd en neem soms even de tijd om stil te staan bij je derde oog, dat je volledig vult met stralend licht, dit is de plaats waar je komt rusten, de plek zonder gedachten. Ga dan verder.

Sluit jouw oefening af met een dank je wel aan het universum ! It is done !

Hartchakra visualisatie

Let zoals bij de vorige oefeningen op jouw ademhaling, intenties en emoties !

Beeld je de lus nu in met jouw hart als het middelpunt. Breng de lus boven jouw hoofd en via het hart terug naar beneden rond jouw voeten. Breng een idee in de loop of lus naar boven en ga via je hart naar jouw voeten.

Het idee spruit voort uit geest, en manifesteert zich via het hart terug naar de aarde. Houd deze liefdes lus in beweging, neem af en toe halt bij het hart om de krachtige lichtenergie in het midden van jouw hart te voelen.

Sluit jouw oefening af met een dank je wel aan het universum !

Phuro! Be inspired!

Ik ben verantwoordelijk voor wat ik zie.

Dit is het enige wat je hoeft te doen opdat visie, geluk, bevrijding van pijn en de volledige vrijwaring van zonde jou allemaal geschonken wordt. Zeg alleen het volgende, maar meen het zonder enig voorbehoud, want hierin schuilt de macht van de verlossing:

“Ik ben verantwoordelijk voor wat ik zie. Ik kies de gevoelens die ik ervaar, en beslis welk doel ik bereiken wil. En ik vraag om alles wat mij lijkt te overkomen, en ontvang zoals ik heb gevraagd.”

Maak jezelf niet langer wijs dat je hulpeloos bent ten overstaan van wat jou wordt aangedaan. Erken slechts dat jij je hebt vergist, en al de gevolgen van je vergissingen zullen verdwijnen.

Onthoud alsjeblief dat Jij oorzaak bent, geen gevolg ! Jij hebt vrije wil en jij kan op ieder moment beslissen welke gedachten je hebt en welke gevoelens, jij bent absoluut 100% verantwoordelijk voor jouw staat van zijn, voor dat waarin je gelooft, voor jouw acties & voor jouw reacties op gebeurtenissen.

Je weerstaat meestal de dingen die je wil doordat je je voortdurend blijft focussen op wat je NIET wil ! En dan is het natuurlijk normaal dat er niets goed naar JOU toekomt ! Jouw emotionele staat dient dat wat je wil te ondersteunen en niet weg te jagen ! Stel dat het jouw verlangen is om succes te hebben of om een job te hebben die je graag doet maar jijzelf voelt dat je het niet waard bent, of je piekert constant aan hoe je de rekeningen moet betalen… dan stuur je tegenovergestelde signalen de wereld in !

Het is net alsof je in jouw wagen de verkeerde benzine zou gieten, de wagen zou sputteren en zou het na enige tijd begeven. Jouw emoties zijn de benzine waarmee je je wensen tot uitdrukking brengt in jouw realiteit. En helaas brengen negatieve gevoelens jou niet al te ver !

Heb je jezelf al afgevraagd waar jij het meest energie aan geeft ? Waar richt jij meestal jouw aandacht op ? Brengt het je dichterbij jouw doel of eerder verder weg ?

Als wat je ziet je niet bevalt, geef dan toe dat je je vergist hebt, je hebt ALTIJD een keuze ! Wacht niet tot je verandering ziet maar start verandering IN jezelf !

You may believe that you are responsible for what you do, but not for what you think. The truth is that you are responsible for what you think, because it is only at this level that you can exercise choice. What you do comes from what you think. …

It is impossible the Son of God be merely driven by events outside of him. It is impossible that happenings that come to him were not his choice. His power of decision is the determiner of every situation in which he seems to find himself by chance or accident. No accident nor chance is possible within the universe as God created it, outside of which is nothing.

Suffer, and you decided sin was your goal. Be happy, and you gave the power of decision to Him Who must decide for God for you. This is the little gift you offer to the Holy Spirit, and even this He gives to you to give yourself. For by this gift is given you the power to release your savior, that he may give salvation unto you. – ACIM
